4. Placement Services Disclaimer
Techz Up India offers placement assistance by providing training and conducting mock interviews and help candidates perform well in the interviews through their own efforts of applying jobs in job portals available in the internet. The 45 days placement is achievable but we do not guarantee as it is completely depend on the individual efforts as we complete the training in the minimum of 21 days to maximum of 27 days. After that is completely the individual efforts only. We review the performance of the candidates and guide them till they get placed. While we strive to connect students with job opportunities:
•	We do not guarantee job offers, minimum salaries, or hiring timelines.
•	Selection processes are entirely handled by recruiting companies.
•	Eligibility for placement support may depend on course completion, practicing on the subject learnt and individual efforts.
We advise students to approach placement opportunities with dedication, and hardwork.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
All training content, website design, logos, documents, graphics, illustrations, texts, videos, and proprietary methods are the exclusive intellectual property of Techz Up India or its licensors. These materials are protected under applicable intellectual property laws and international treaties.
You are strictly prohibited from:
•	Copying or redistributing any part of the training content for commercial or public use.
•	Modifying, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works from our material.
•	Using our brand name, logos, or trademarks without explicit written permission.
Violators may face legal actions, fines, or permanent termination from our services.

6. Fees and Payment Terms

12.3 Use of Company Name, Logo, and Branding
The name Techz Up India, along with all associated logos, trademarks, taglines, program titles, certification names, and visual identities, is the exclusive property of the company. These elements are legally protected and cannot be used in any manner that suggests affiliation, representation, or endorsement without prior written approval.
Prohibited uses include (but are not limited to):
•	Using the name “Techz Up India” in your business, YouTube channel, Telegram group, or website name.
•	Displaying the Techz Up India logo in your own course promotions, flyers, or materials.
•	Posing as an official representative, trainer, or affiliate without a contractual relationship.
•	Registering usernames or domain names that impersonate or include the name Techz Up India.

12.4 Permission Restriction:
Any promotional or commercial use, however, such as including Techz Up India’s name in advertising or as part of another course offering, is strictly prohibited.

12.5 Enforcement, Monitoring, and Legal Action
Techz Up India actively monitors the internet, social media, and educational platforms for unauthorized use of its materials and branding. If any user, organization, or competitor is found infringing these rights, the company may:

•	Withdrawal within 3 days of enrollment (no sessions attended or content accessed)

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
•	Student has accessed course materials or attended live sessions
•	Student drops out for personal, non-medical reasons
•	Complaints raised after course completion
•	Dissatisfaction with placement outcomes (which are subject to external employer decisions)
